If you have left a personal item in one of our vehicles and wish to retrieve it, please contact us. We will do our best to recover your item and contact you with regard to its status. Please be aware that Brooklyn Rides Corp and its Affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles, but as a courtesy to our valued customers, we will make every effort to locate your property. We retain found items for 30 days. If you have left a personal item in one of our vehicles and wish to retrieve it, please contact us for assistance. An agent will get back to you regarding the status of your property.
In the event that your item is found, you may speak with a customer service representative to discuss how you may retrieve your item. You may arrange for FedEx or messenger service to pick it up the item (not paid for by Brooklyn Rides Corp) or schedule a reservation for to transport the item to your location. We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee for returning found items along with the cost of having a driver deliver your found item. These fees are based on the full travel rates.
You also have the option of coming to our office and picking up the item. You will be required to present a valid picture ID to obtain your item. Unless you have made other arrangements with someone in our office, you may retrieve your item any time between 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM by visiting our office located at:
